Do you feel lovable? Do you actually believe someone is going to love all those parts of you. Do you genuinely believe someone can love all those parts of you that you hate? If you think you are too much or you’re too needy and oh no one is ever going to stick around to see those parts that you genuinely believe cannot be loved by somebody else and that is okay. It may have resulted from childhood or some trauma.
Start to ask yourself, do I genuinely feel like I am lovable and what part of myself do I feel like or not lovable? how can I show up for myself in those ways to remind myself, I am worthy, I am deserving, and I am more than good enough for love.
